Pediatric TheraPlay provides compassionate, evidence-based occupational therapy services to support children in developing the skills needed for daily life, school success, and confident play. Our therapy is child-led and play-based, focusing on meaningful activities to promote engagement, independence, and overall development.
A 15-minute, informal clinical observation conducted by an occupational therapist to determine whether further assessment or therapy services are recommended.

A 60-minute, comprehensive-formal assessment to gain a full picture of your child’s strengths and areas of need.
A written report is provided, and findings will be reviewed with you in detail.

An occupational therapy re-evaluation is a follow-up assessment used to monitor a child’s progress toward established goals and to determine the ongoing need for therapy services. It includes a review of the child’s current performance through clinical observations, therapist documentation, caregiver input, and, when appropriate, standardized tools. The re-evaluation helps guide updates to the treatment plan, ensures goals remain relevant, and supports decisions regarding continuation, modification, or discharge from therapy.
A parent consultation is a dedicated session between the occupational therapist and the child’s parent or caregiver to discuss concerns, developmental milestones, and functional goals. It is designed to offer professional guidance, support, and education without direct treatment to the child.
